Important Terms Because what happens after the room is difficult to track, this engagement is priced as a flat access fee — not on outcomes. The $1,000 fee must be received in full prior to the event date. No refunds once payment is processed. Attendance at the event is not a guarantee of any specific business outcome.

// Performance Model

Strategic Introduction & Success Fee

Direct introductions to corporate procurement decision-makers or government entities — with compensation tied to the business you actually win or the value you create.

Negotiated

// Success Fee · Terms Set in Advance by Written Agreement

  • Direct introduction to targeted corporate or government decision-makers
  • Positioning strategy and pre-meeting preparation
  • Warm handoff with Cecil's personal endorsement
  • Ongoing follow-through support to advance the opportunity
How Compensation Works Fee structure is negotiated individually and documented in a written agreement before any introductions are made. Two models are available: (1) Revenue Share — a percentage of any contract or business secured through the introduction; or (2) Exit Success Fee — a percentage of the transaction price if the introduction contributes to company growth leading to an acquisition or sale. All terms must be agreed in writing prior to engagement.

Not sure where to start? Most clients begin with a monthly retainer while they explore whether an Access or Performance partnership makes sense. All engagements begin with a no-obligation conversation — reach out to discuss your situation.

How I Work

An approach built on trust & accountability

I don't deliver decks and disappear. Every engagement is collaborative, practical, and accountable to measurable outcomes.

01

Listen First

Every engagement begins with a deep diagnostic — understanding your organization, people, constraints, and goals before recommending anything.

02

Build for Your Reality

Solutions are designed for your actual resources and capacity — not for a Fortune 500. Practical, implementable, right-sized for where you are now.

03

Transfer the Knowledge

The goal is your independence. I build internal capacity so your team can sustain what we build together long after our engagement ends.

04

Stay Accountable

I measure what we commit to. Every engagement includes clear success metrics and regular check-ins to assess progress and adjust course.

"

Cecil brings the rare combination of executive credibility and genuine care for the organizations and people he serves. He doesn't just advise — he builds alongside you.
